1. Who is Cheryl Lacey Donovan?
· Cheryl Lacey Donovan is one of the world's leading practical Bible teachers and an Award Winning bestselling author, spreading God's Word to millions of people each year. Suffering spousal abuse as a young mother and bride, Cheryl discovered the freedom to live victoriously by applying God's Word to her life and, in turn, seeks to help others do the same. She has written several books, conducts 6 conferences annually, and reaches a potential audience of millions of people worldwide with her Worth More than Rubies® broadcast.

2. How did Worth More than Rubies Ministries get started?
Cheryl Lacey Donovan began teaching the Word of God in 2007. She started by developing, coordinating and producing a weekly radio broadcast. After 1 year she established her own ministry called A Virtuous Woman 31. In 2008 the ministry’s name was changed to Worth More than Rubies Ministries and the television, radio and magazine titles were changed to Worth More than Rubies as well.

3. What does Worth More than Rubies Ministries do?
Worth More than Rubies Ministries is committed to teaching the practical truths of the Bible and meeting the needs of people around the world. Simply put, our goal is to help hurting people. Whether it’s sharing the life-changing truth of God’s Word through conferences, television, radio, the Internet and the printed word, or reaching out to people through our many humanitarian efforts, we strive to do all that we can to help those who need it.

4. Is Cheryl Lacey Donovan an ordained minister
· Cheryl is currently a licensed minister of the Gospel. She will be ordained in 2010. She has a worldwide congregation through the Worth More than Rubies television and radio programs. Cheryl speaks regularly at public conferences in the United States and around the world.

Worth More than Rubies Ministries strives to function with transparency, accountability and excellence. Our financial information can always be accessed through our website. Worth More than Rubies Ministries voluntarily submits to an annual audit by an independent accounting firm. We also voluntarily submit to an annual legal audit to ensure that the ministry is complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Worth More than Rubies Ministries is committed to making our audited financial statements readily available to the public and updating the information annually.

8. Is Worth More than Rubies Ministries a "word of faith" ministry?
· Worth More than Rubies Ministries believes in the Word of God. Cheryl teaches that God has made promises to us in His Word and as believers, we should trust His promises (see 2 Peter 1:3-4). However, it can be damaging when people place their faith in faith alone instead of placing their faith in God. 9. Does Worth More than Rubies Ministries teach a "prosperity gospel"?
Worth More than Rubies Ministries believes that God desires to bless His people. Cheryl teaches that God’s blessings and prosperity apply to the spiritual, emotional, physical and financial areas of life. These blessings and prosperity are then to be used to bless others (see Genesis 12:1-3). A “prosperity gospel” that solely equates blessing with financial gain is out of balance and could damage a person’s walk with God. For more information, view our Statement of Faith.

12. May I speak to or pray with Cheryl? Will she personally read my letter?
This has been one of the most challenging things for Cheryl. She would love to be able to read every individual letter and personally speak with and pray for all those who call in. However, because of time constraints, her many responsibilities and her desire to stay faithful to God and focused on His call for her life, she is not able to respond personally to the many requests she receives. As a partner with Worth More than Rubies Ministries, you are changing lives around the world. Most importantly, you will come under a strong prayer covering. Keith and Cheryl often say that they pray for their partners like they pray for their own family. In addition, ministry prayer teams pray regularly for your needs and every aspect of your life. To become a partner, we do not require you to give any certain amount; we simply ask that you pray and seek God’s guidance in this decision.

17. Can I volunteer at an upcoming conference?
Yes. We recruit volunteers for our U.S. conferences. Many times our conferences would not be possible without the help of our volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please email volunteer@cheryllaceydonovan.com and include your mailing address, phone number, and the conference you would like to volunteer at.

18. Can I sell something at a conference or hand out materials?
· Worth More than Rubies Ministries does not allow outside vendors at any of our conferences.
